Once you’ve hired us to conduct your sale, we take extra time organizing the estate belongings and setting up for the sale. This involves sorting, organizing, cleaning out unsellable items, and research.  This process typically takes slightly longer to set up than the traditional sale because we need to prepare each individual item to be photographed and take well lit and high quality photos, either independently or in a lot, pack items and lots into separate spaces for pick up with the matching lot number, and provide details for each auction lot.

When we are photographing items for auction we use high quality cameras and professional lighting to ensure your items are shown clearly and to catch the eye of the buyer.

Despite the extra time it takes to prepare for your sale, we typically still only need 2-3 weeks from start to finish. 

After the auction closes all winning bidders will come to your home to pick up their items either curbside or in home. Payments can be made by the buyers directly through hibid or using cash or card upon pick up. We also offer pack n ship service at the buyers expense for any non local buyers to reach a larger audience.  

Once all of the items have been picked up we remove all remaining contents and make sure the home is clean and ready to present.
